This fantastic opportunity has arisen due to an internal transfer. An experienced Payroll Manager is required to join this leading retail organisation based in the CBD. Your role reports to the Remuneration and Rewards Strategy Manager and would include: - Full Payroll Management, in excess of 1000 staff paid fortnightly
- Staff Management
- Monthly GL reconciliation
- Run monthly statistical reports
- Annual and long service leave reports
- Annual balancing and running of payment summaries
- Annual Payroll Tax reconciliation
- Assist in any projects as required
- Superannuation payments
- Interpretation of awards and agreements
- Maintain the integrity of the payroll system
- Manage HRIS function
- Develop metrics for process improvements
Your experience and qualification would include: - A relevant HR or Accounting degree
- Extensive payroll management experience within a large multi national or national corporate environment
- Ideally would have experience in a HRIS implementation
- SAP experience beneficial
- Extensive HR legislative knowledge
